Terms of sale

By placing an order you agree that AKS Atelier (“AKS by Shahneela”) produces made-to-order garments. Prices are shown in minor currency units on the site (PKR at launch). Payment plans: standard sizes may use a deposit plus COD where allowed; made-to-measure is prepaid or deposit-heavy as shown at checkout. International orders are always prepaid. Deposits become non-refundable after measurements are confirmed and cutting may begin. Order status advances only through our production workflow. Cancel before measurements are confirmed may be possible; after that, cancel forfeits the deposit with explicit acknowledgement. AI imagery is labelled and never replaces a fitting commitment without human review gates where required. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan for launch.
